FERNANDO FADER
"En la Loma" (1917)
Oil on Canvas 80 x 110cm

“En la Loma”, considered one of the most important paintings by Fernando Fader, took part in exhibitions and museums of Argentina. It was chosen by OCA Company to do a post stamp.
Because of the light and the atmosphere that the artist created, we could say that Fader caught a moment in time.

 > Galería-Museo Aguilar: "Art Temple"
“I invite you to visit one of the biggest art galleries in the world”, says a lady to the pedestrians at the door of 950 Florida St, gently. In the mythical sidewalk -and in the same spot where the Müller gallery used to work- nowadays we find Galería-Museo Aguilar. (Cont.)

 > An Interview to the Director of Galería-Museo Aguilar: ALBERTO AGUILAR

Arte&Antigüedades: Alberto, how does the idea of a space so different from the rest of the galleries in Buenos Aires come up?
Alberto Aguilar: Since I was young, when I took up the acrylic business and set up my own company, I started to invest in paintings instead of investing in the stock exchange or in estates. (Cont.)

 > Florida is Paiting. Gustavo Ortiz.

If someone thought that nothing in the world of the art could surprise is that does not know the work of Gustavo Ortiz

He has a unique style; he vibrantly uses the movement and the material with a lot of boldness, the same one with which he magically captures the figure’s illusion.(Cont.)
